The good thing about The Venues Collection is that we not only have the principles and ethics at a site level but it is also driven from the top down. So whilst you can enjoy working with your day-to-day team, dealing with the senior management is also a pleasant experience.

We have a clearly defined social purpose and are doing some great work around green initiatives and renewables.

It is a great place to work and we have fantastic teams, our guests always remark on how warm the reception is from the teams and they feel very relaxed and looked after when they are here.

I have worked here for over 30 years and wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
