Celebrate the festive season at Milton Hill House for your work, family or friends’ Christmas event. At our event space, we offer everything you need to throw an unforgettable Christmas celebration with private parties and shared Christmas parties available.
Our private Christmas party nights offer the perfect Christmas dinner packages with flexible dates available throughout December for your corporate event.
Our exclusive Christmas party venue is also offering festive lunches through December.
Terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability. Menu choices, including dietary requirements, are required six weeks before your party date. Due to seasonal demand, we reserve the right to make amends to the menu.

We have crafted a delicious Christmas menu, so you can get an idea of some of the tasty food on offer. You can enjoy a meal with a range of beautiful dishes including Vegetarian and Vegan options such as a Traditional Roasted Turkey Breast or British Vegetable Wellington.
Complete your night by dancing the night away with friends, colleagues or family.
If anyone in your party has any allergies or cultural/dietary requirements, please speak to us when booking so that we can arrange for a specially catered meal.

Our private Christmas party venue is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Oxford city centre, ensuring easy access for your festive gathering. With buses operated by Oxford Bus Company and our private Christmas party venue being just a short 10-minute drive from Didcot train station, you can easily explore the local area.
If you wish to extend your festivities following your private Christmas party then there are plenty of attractions in and around the local area such as Blenheim Palace, Modern Art Oxford, Bicester Village Designer Outlet and more.

Let’s get the party started! A bar will be available in the evening but to avoid any queuing why not pre-order your drinks in advance and have them delivered directly to your table?

A Carbon-Conscious Christmas
To make your festive celebrations more sustainable, at our private Christmas parties, we will be using ethically sourced ingredients and serving Red Tractor Assured turkey. We are measuring the carbon footprint of our Christmas menus to help minimise the impact on our planet.
To minimise waste, we’re doing away with traditional crackers and going digital with our e-cracker party prize draw.

We have a selection of bedrooms available. Please contact us for rates and availability.
There is plenty of free spaces to park your car. Alternatively ask us about details of local taxi companies or our accommodation options.
Join-a-party nights: The minimum booking we can accept is for two people, however small groups may be placed on a party table with other smaller groups.
Private Parties: If you have a private party booked; Friday & Saturday (minimum numbers of 80) and Sunday to Thursday (minimum numbers of 60).
Private dinners (minimum numbers of 10) are also available on request
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the party is required by 2nd July 21 and the full balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your party date either by BACS or alternatively we can accept debit or credit cards.
These will be available on your table when you arrive. A bar is also available should you require further drinks throughout the evening.
Yes of course, the more the merrier as long as we aren’t sold out. Please contact us to amend your booking.

Yes, of course. Feel free to bring name cards to put on the table so everyone knows where to sit.
That’s not a problem, please inform us when you make your booking and menu choices 4 weeks prior to your party date. We have full allergen information, should you wish to see this.
