Milton Hill House is a party venue based in Oxford. Join us for a shared Christmas party you won’t forget including drinks reception, a 3-course meal followed by dancefloor with DJ and accommodation options available.

Our shared Christmas party nights are ideal for small office parties or smaller groups. Our guests love getting dressed up and it really does add that extra special feeling to the night, so get those glad rags out and smarten up!

2022 Christmas Joiner Party Packages

Be part of our fabulous joiner Christmas party nights for the ultimate Christmas celebration at Milton Hill House with colleagues, friends and family. Dates are available in November and throughout December.

Kick start the evening with an arrival drink and a lavish meal, followed by festive entertainment for all to enjoy. Dinner is served at 7:30 pm, then dance the night away until midnight on the dance floor with our DJ. Free car parking is available.

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking and the full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your party date. Menu choices, including dietary requirements, are required 6 weeks in advance of your party date. Please contact us for full allergy information.

Christmas Menu

Our talented chefs have crafted a wonderful 3 course Christmas menu with stunning dishes including vegetarian and vegan options. Dishes include Ham Hock and Black Pudding Terrine, Potato and Montgomery Cheddar Soup followed by a traditional Christmas Turkey, Pan-Fried Trout or Chargrilled Celeriac Steak. Complete your meal with a delicious dessert before dancing the night away with friends, colleagues or family.

We’ve made a commitment to reach Net Zero by 2030

All of our parties will offer sustainable menus using British, ethically sourced ingredients wherever possible, our Turkey is Red Tractor assured.

To eliminate waste and reduce plastic, instead of crackers, we will be donating £1 per person to our local charity of choice. Please ask our team for more information.

A bar will be available on the evening but to avoid any queuing why not pre-order your drinks in advance and have them delivered directly to your table? Please note that the offer is not valid on other drinks packages.

We are a cashless venue. Please remember to bring your debit or credit card with you should you wish to make additional purchases during your party.

  • Can each member of our party pay separately?

    To keep things simple, we ask that payments are made via the main organiser of the booking.

  • What is the deposit and when do I have to pay in full by?
    Joiner Parties: A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required when booking and the full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your party date by BACS or alternatively we can accept debit or credit cards.
    Private Parties: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when booking and the full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your party date by BACS or alternatively we can accept debit or
    credit cards.
  • Is there a dress code?

    Our guests love getting dressed up and it really does add that extra special feeling to the night, so get those glad rags out and smarten up! No jeans, t-shirts, sports trainers or sportswear will be allowed.

  • Is there a cash/card bar on the night?

    We are a cashless venue and can only accept debit & credit card payments.

  • Car Parking?

    There is plenty of free spaces to park your car. Alternatively ask us about details of local taxi companies or our accommodation options.

  • I have a food allergy; do I need to tell you?

    That’s not a problem, please inform us when you make your booking and menu choices 4 weeks prior to your party date. We have full allergen information, should you wish to see this.

  • Can we do a table plan for our party?

    Yes, of course. Feel free to bring name cards to put on the table so everyone knows where to sit.

  • Is there an age restriction?

    18 years and over (excluding family New Year’s Eve)

  • Can we add people to our party?

    Yes of course, the more the merrier as long as we aren’t sold out. Please contact us to amend your booking.

  • I’ve pre-ordered a drinks package, how do I get it on the night?

    These will be available on your table when you arrive. A bar is also available should you require further drinks throughout the evening.

  • How do I pay for my party booking?

    A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the party is required by 2nd July 21 and the full balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your party date either by BACS or alternatively we can accept debit or credit cards.

  • What is the minimum booking?

    Join-a-party nights: The minimum booking we can accept is for two people, however small groups may be placed on a party table with other smaller groups.

    Private Parties: If you have a private party booked; Friday & Saturday (minimum numbers of 80) and Sunday to Thursday (minimum numbers of 60).

    Private dinners (minimum numbers of 10) are also available on request
