Our menus are seasonal and their carbon impact is included to help you make eco-conscious decisions during your stay with us. Sit down dinners, finger buffets and BBQs are all available for your event.
Our sample meetings and conference menu includes a wide variety of tasty options such as Chicken with Kung Po Sauce and Texan Barbecue Beef Brisket, and for those with a sweet tooth, Cinnamon Shortbread Crumble and Vanilla Custard or Mango Mousse with Marinated Pineapple and a Fresh Fruit Salad.
